Note: This article consists of my individual thoughts and may contradict anyone.

Passion, Dedication, Sacrifice; Positive attitude, Liability, Curiosity, Lunacy; Knowledge, Tolerance, and Determination. All these habits individually play a vital role in making teaching effective and rhetorical. Teaching is not just a profession but also a ‘Responsibility.’ A responsibility that is quite different from the rest of the liabilities of life. A good teacher is responsible for his pupil’s careers. Not only relating to his subject but also moral philosophies and mannerisms concerning to his life. Because a well-sophisticated teacher happens to be long-sighted and can understand things well, which may assist him in helping out his students when needed, certainly, he possesses experiences relating to how to confront obstacles while studying and planning for higher studies, as it is the most perplexing thing every student has to face during the journey of his educational career.

It is commonly assumed that “Teaching means learning twice.” Which manifested demonstrates the true image of teaching that first learn for yourself and then for your students. Learning for students implies the child’s psychology, which is the core part of teaching. It is just like harvesting. It is a must to cultivate land before harvesting a field to it may be turned into agricultural land because the farmer is familiar with the notion that, without cultivation, his effort would come out with no consequences along with regret. Suppose the fantasy of getting a good crop is unachievable without cultivation in the same manner. In that case, it is also impenetrable to deal with students without being familiar with the mentality of a child. Every child can and should not be treated equally. Each individual is born with various sorts of creativities and characteristics. Which are often hidden or sometimes openly appear. The ideal teacher helps his student discover himself and know himself.

Getting familiar with the psychology of children is an essential and the most prioritized part of good teaching. Unfortunately, teachers are mostly observed imposing their demands on the child and want the child to act in the same manner as he wants. Disastrous! Isn’t it? And sometimes ‘Spanking’ is their last option when they fail. That is violence in the name of teaching. A child is just like a house. A house that’s door can only be opened from the inside. If you try to open it from the outside, it will either be locked forever or you will break it. Later, there will be nothing left except regret. If you want that door to be opened, you must convince a person who lives inside. Indeed, every child has a convincing point that must be hit before you want him to act per your instructions. In other words, you need to take a child in confidence to get him in a comfort zone for the sake of knowing his mentality.

An ideal teacher helps students grow in his way. And assist him in doing and being what he wants. Undoubtedly, it is the best method that teachers and parents should adopt. They should let the child be raised according to his desires and aims in their supervision because, as previously discussed, every child comes with different qualities and possesses aims comparatively different from others. For instance, it is not always possible that an “Engineer’s son would definitely be an engineer.” The high risk may contain some other skills and mindset that may discriminate him from his father. Letting a student be familiar with his personality is an enormously great job done by an ideological teacher. He arouses feelings of realization related to his importance which exist in himself. That enriches the student with the thought that the scope exists in himself rather than any field. A good teacher is exemplified as a Jeweler

that keeps recognition of diamonds. He even anticipates the value of a diamond when taken out as a filthy black stone from the coal mine. He happens to be familiar with its market value. In the same manner, an effective teacher keeps premonitions about his pupil long-sighted, twigs him out keenly, and then coordinates with him to discover himself.

“However, these qualities should not be possessed by teachers, but also parents. Because, child’s nourishment needs a good companionship of his parents.”
